From an Idea to a Therapeutic Brand.

Establishing an Online Presence.

Rising Moon Therapeutics began with experience, purpose, and a clear desire to help people—but no established brand or website to bring that vision together.

We helped turn a promising new business idea into a polished, credible therapeutic brand with a professional online presence built to educate clients, inspire trust, and support future growth.

The Challenge

A Skilled Practitioner With a Vision, but No Brand or Website to Support It

When Lisa came to Clarity, Rising Moon Therapeutics was still taking shape.

She brought professional experience in massage therapy, certification in RAPID NeuroFascial Reset, and a strong vision for the type of care she wanted to provide. What she did not yet have was a defined brand, a finalized business identity, professional imagery, or a website where prospective clients could understand her services.

The business had previously been known as Rising Moon Massage, but that name no longer represented the broader, more therapeutic direction Lisa wanted to pursue. She needed an identity that could accommodate massage therapy, RAPID NFR treatments, and future growth without losing the familiarity of the Rising Moon name.

There was also a communication challenge. RAPID NFR is not a service most people immediately recognize. The website could not simply list the treatment and expect visitors to understand its value. It needed to explain what the therapy is, who it may help, and how it relates to the pain and mobility issues clients experience in everyday life.

Rising Moon did not need an update to an existing website.

It needed a foundation.

The Inspiration
The Brand We Built

Every established business starts with someone turning the idea into something real.

What We Did

We Built the Brand and the Website Together

The project began with more than choosing a website template. Before the site could take shape, the business itself needed a clear identity.

Through kickoff conversations, emails, and collaborative discovery, we helped Lisa refine her vision and establish a direction for the Rising Moon brand. Using elements from a business card she liked as an initial reference point, we developed a cohesive visual identity that included a new logo, brand colors, icons, and variations that could be used across the website, business cards, apparel, and future marketing materials.

We also helped navigate the transition from Rising Moon Massage to Rising Moon Therapeutics. Lisa wanted a name that better reflected the therapeutic nature of her services, while still maintaining the legal business structure she already had in place. Our team helped her understand how a “doing business as” name could bridge that gap and gave her greater confidence moving forward with the new public-facing identity.

With the brand established, we turned our attention to the website.

The project was initially discussed as a one-page site. Once we explored the amount of information that needed to be communicated, it became clear that a single page would not give Lisa’s experience or RAPID NFR the attention they deserved.

We expanded the project into a focused microsite with dedicated space to:

  • Introduce Lisa, her experience, and her philosophy of care
  • Explain RAPID NeuroFascial Reset in approachable language
  • Connect the treatment to common pain points, flare-ups, and ongoing mobility issues
  • Give visitors a clear way to contact the business
  • Direct prospective clients to the external appointment-booking system
The result was not simply a larger website. It was a clearer and more useful one.
Building the Content

Turning an Unfamiliar Treatment Into Information People Can Understand

RAPID NFR was a central part of Rising Moon’s offering, but there was limited consumer-friendly information available about the treatment.

Our team worked closely with Lisa to understand how the therapy works, what clients experience during treatment, and the types of concerns it may address. We supplemented her expertise with additional research and translated that information into website content designed for someone encountering the service for the first time.

Rather than relying heavily on technical terminology, we connected the treatment to recognizable experiences: recurring discomfort, daily pain, restricted movement, flare-ups, and physical issues that interfere with normal activities.

This approach allowed the website to educate without overwhelming. Visitors could see themselves in the problems being described and better understand how Rising Moon’s services might fit their needs.

From Unfamiliarity
To Clarity

Your clients should not need industry knowledge to understand how you can help them.

Establishing the Look

A Visual Presence That Feels Therapeutic, Personal, and True to the Space

Rising Moon’s environment did not feel like a traditional clinical office. It had a more personal, calming, and spiritually influenced atmosphere, and the website needed to reflect that distinction.

We reviewed Lisa’s existing Instagram presence and images of the treatment space to understand the environment she was creating. From there, we selected a website direction that felt polished and professional without becoming cold or overly clinical.

Lisa arranged for a friend to photograph the space, and our team provided guidance on the types of images the website needed, how the room should be staged, and which small details could make the final photography feel more intentional.

That meant paying attention to elements that are easy to overlook: closing an open door, removing personal items from a table, straightening the treatment area, and making sure each image presented the business at its best.

These details helped transform casual photos of a workspace into professional brand imagery that supported the website’s overall visual direction.

From Blank Slate to Brand

See the Business Take Shape

Rising Moon Therapeutics did not have an outdated website that needed to be replaced. There was no previous website at all.

The transformation was not from an old design to a new one. It was from an idea without a defined identity to a business with a professional presence.

Before the project, Lisa had expertise, a treatment philosophy, and early ideas about how the business should feel. There was no finalized logo, no cohesive brand system, no central source of information, and no website she could confidently send to prospective clients.

After the project, Rising Moon had:

  • A refined business name
  • A professional logo and brand icon
  • A cohesive color and visual system
  • A library of branded elements for future collateral
  • A polished microsite
  • Clear educational content about RAPID NFR
  • Professional photography direction
  • A contact pathway and appointment-booking connection
  • A tangible online presence Lisa could share and promote
The website gave the business a home. The branding gave it an identity.

From an idea discussed in conversation to a business clients can see, understand, and trust.

Why It Worked

We Were More Than the Website Team.
We Became a Partner in the Launch.

Starting a business means taking on far more than delivering the service itself.

Lisa knew the therapeutic work. At the same time, she was becoming the business owner, marketer, salesperson, administrator, and decision-maker. Questions about naming, registration, branding, photography, website structure, scheduling, and client communication all had to be addressed at once.

Our role expanded naturally beyond designing pages.

We helped Lisa think through the practical business decisions surrounding the launch. We gave her guidance based on our experience working with other small businesses. We identified needs that had not been part of the original scope, explained why they mattered, and adjusted the project so the final result would properly support her.

The process remained collaborative from beginning to end. Lisa brought the expertise and vision. We helped shape it into a brand and website she could use confidently.

By launch, she had more than a professional site. She had a partner she knew she could contact as the business continued to develop.

That relationship carried forward after the initial project. Lisa chose to remain with Clarity for ongoing hosting and support, knowing the team that helped launch the brand would still be there as Rising Moon grew.

“You guys are my guys. You are the ones I want to stick with. As I grow, I will definitely think of you to do more.”

Your Business May Be New.
It Shouldn’t Look Unprepared.

You do not need an existing website—or even a fully developed brand—to begin building a professional online presence.

We can help refine the idea, establish the identity, organize the message, and create a website that gives your business something real to build upon.
