Gastro Plus delivers expert gastroenterology care in Central Florida. Their website didn't say so. We rebuilt it from a generic, stock-photo template into a site that looks like the practice it represents.

What Doctors & Practitioners are saying

The Challenge

A Practice That Earned Trust in the Room, but Not Online

Gastro Plus had a problem most growing practices have. The care was excellent. The website didn’t show it.

They were running on a generic, third-party template, the kind that comes pre-loaded with stock images and a standard look that could belong to any practice in any city. Content was thin. The blog had been abandoned because the previous work wasn’t good enough to keep. Patient resources amounted to a single download. And there was almost nothing on the site to build the authority and trust a specialty practice depends on.

The deeper issue was the relationship behind the website. Their previous provider was slow to respond. Simple requests sat unanswered. For a practice that moves fast for its patients, working with a vendor that didn’t move at all had become its own kind of friction.

When Gastro Plus came to Clarity, the goal was a full reset. A new look, a new structure, and a partner who actually picks up the phone.

Before
After

The old site looked like a template because it was one. Generic images, thin content, nothing that said “Gastro Plus.”

What We Did

A Complete Rebuild, Rebrand, and a Partnership That Showed Up

Clarity rebuilt Gastro Plus from the ground up. New website, new logo, new color scheme, and a complete shift in how the practice presents itself online.

Real imagery replaced stock. We coordinated a full photo shoot, on site, with the doctors and the team. We handled the details most practices don’t think about, down to photo release forms, and stayed hands-on through the shoot so it ran smoothly. The result is a site built on real images of real people, not stock photos that could belong to anyone.

The content got a voice. The previous provider bios were inconsistent and forgettable. Our content team rebuilt them around one unified voice, tightened and consistent across every provider. The same standard carried through the service pages, the conditions and procedures they treat, and a blog rebuilt to actually be worth reading.

Patient resources got real. The old site had one download. The new one has six, including procedure prep documents structured as clean, downloadable PDFs the practice can update themselves. We also built the contact experience to be HIPAA-conscious by design, gathering just enough to route an inquiry without collecting sensitive detail.

An FAQ built for what comes next. We structured an FAQ section designed for how patients and AI search engines now look for answers, a standard we’re building into the practices we work with.

From a generic template anyone could own to a site that could only be Gastro Plus.

Before & After

See the Difference

The clearest way to understand this project is to look at it.

The previous site was functional and forgettable. Stock photography, generic structure, minimal content, and a logo that didn’t reflect the practice. The new site is built around the actual practice: their real team, their real space, their real expertise, presented with a clean structure and a brand that finally fits.

After

Same practice. Same expert care. A digital presence that finally matches it.

Why It Worked

The Rebuild Was the Easy Part.
The Partnership Is Why It Landed.

A good agency can build a good website. What set this project apart was how we worked through it together.

This was not a fast, simple build. There were decisions that took time, schedules that shifted, a logo that went back and forth more than once. At every step, we met the practice where they were. When a meeting got rescheduled, that was fine. When the team needed more time to land on a direction, we made room for it. The work was never going to be right if it wasn’t right for them.

That posture changed the relationship. The practice went from feeling like they were behind to feeling like they had a partner who had their back. Requests that used to sit for days with their old provider were handled quickly. Details they flagged got noted and addressed. Small things, done consistently, that added up to real trust.

By the end, they said it plainly: “You guys are our guys.”

That is the deliverable. Not just a website, but a practice that knows the people behind it will show up.

"You guys are our guys. We're moving forward with you."

Is Your Website Working as Hard as You Do?

If your practice delivers great care but your website doesn’t show it, the fix is usually a rebuild, not a patch. Let’s talk about what yours could look like.
