We started out by getting pumped about Starbucks new loyalty program, Odyssey. This was especially exciting for Craig, as the program is essentially just a foray into the NFT space (his favorite hobby). Being able to sell, trade, and exchange rewards is a totally new experience for a coffee company and you can always trust us to share our thoughts about it.
Next, we talked to Kye Gomez, who might be better at coding than us. Just 18 years old, Kye has almost a decade of coding experience, which he’s used to build Athena—his very own AI business assistant. We’re used to getting frustrated with our interactions with robots, so it was super refreshing to discuss artificial intelligence that’s actually intelligent.
Kye shared his tech journey from coding camp to today and helped set the record straight on AI (it’s not as scary as it sounds!). Our minds were blown time and time again during this conversation, so we know you’re gonna love it.
